100% human-led UX and onboarding review
A 100% human-led review of what it feels like to use your product for the first time.
This is Human as a Service (HaaS): I personally review a marketing website, sign-up flow, or product journey and share a recorded walkthrough with practical observations. It is a limited free offer for work that could also become useful educational or promotional content.
No AI audit theatre.
I do not feed screenshots into a prompt or hand your flow to an automated score. I use it myself, make the observations, and decide the recommendations in the recorded video.
AI may only help consolidate my findings into optional Markdown notes after the walkthrough. It does not conduct the review, replace the video, or make the calls.
For marketing sites, SaaS onboarding, and key product journeys.
What you receive
Useful feedback, not a giant deck.
The depth and format will vary with the submission and the time available, but the goal is the same: leave you with a clearer view of what a new user actually encounters.
A raw walkthrough video
A screenshare with my face on screen, so you can hear the thoughts in the moment and see the first reactions behind them.
Thoughts on the fly
My real-time observations on friction, clarity, trust, messaging, and the moments that make people pause.
Markdown notes and implementation guidance
If you want them, a .md file that consolidates my findings and suggested implementation guidance, prioritised where the submission gives enough context.
An optional follow-on conversation
If it is useful, we can discuss the review on a video call. You can also opt in to a future YouTube or podcast conversation about the work.
Why my perspective is useful
Product + marketing + technical.
I have spent more than a decade close to digital products: product design and UX, websites, software, testing, technical solutions, developer support, integrations, and marketing engineering. That mix makes it easier to spot the small gaps between a good idea and the experience someone actually has.
I look at whether the value proposition makes sense, where a person hesitates, what breaks trust, how onboarding feels, and where the technical experience gets in the way. I've designed journeys, tested applications, shipped products, untangled real user problems, and documented complicated systems in plain language.
Best fit
Things I can get my head around quickly.
- Public marketing websites and live applications.
- Established sign-up or onboarding flows.
- Founders and teams who want direct, practical feedback.
Not a fit
Good work, just different work.
- Security audits, legal or compliance advice, or accessibility certification.
- A complete redesign, build, or implementation project.
- Systems that cannot be safely reviewed within the boundaries you set.
I select submissions based on fit and available time, so I cannot accept every request.
How it works
A small, human process.
- 01
You share the flow and its context.
Tell me who it is for, what matters, and anything that is out of bounds.
- 02
I review it with fresh eyes.
If it is a fit and I have capacity, I personally work through the experience and record the walkthrough.
- 03
You receive the result.
I send the raw human-led video. If you want it, AI may only help consolidate my findings into Markdown notes after the video, and I may turn agreed anonymised material into useful content.
Consent and confidentiality
Clear boundaries make this useful for everyone.
This is a free review in exchange for permission to use the resulting material as anonymised educational or promotional content.
Tell me what must not appear: names, emails, customer data, private URLs, beta features, internal tools, or anything else sensitive. I'll respect the boundaries you provide and remove or obscure sensitive information. If you need the company or product kept anonymous, say so clearly in your submission.
Only submit products and access you are authorised to share. Please do not put passwords, API keys, payment information, or other secrets in this form. Private access can be arranged separately if your request is selected.

Give me the useful context.
I read these myself. Be direct about what matters and what is off limits. Please do not include passwords, API keys, payment details, or other secrets here.
