The support work looks like product work because that is the background: product design, UX, and software. I notice a clunky workflow and build a small tool or some measurement so people can actually see what is happening.

    Developer-facing support for a global search platform. Also the plumbing around it: analytics on the support site so we can see what people actually read, and simple internal views so teams are not flying blind.
